New Welfare Officer appointed
20th Aug 2008. The Committe is happy to announce the appointment of Mr Geoff Brown as Welfare Officer for OUFC. This position is ‘pro bono’ and Geoff has been imvolved with OUFC for many years.
New Head Coach Appointed 2008
17th Aug 2008. The Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Buonanova as Head Coach of OUFC for the 2009 season. Nick will be outlining his plans for OUFC for 2009 and beyond at the Coaches and Manager’s meeting on the 25th August 2008. Nick’s appointment to this position was uninaimous by the Club’s executives.
New MPL Coach
17 Jul 2008 The Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Buonanova as Head Coach of MPL for the remainder of the 2008 season.
Nick’s passion for OUFC and football in general, is undoubted and his wealth of knowledge and experience will be valuable assets in assisting revive the fortunes of the MPL.
The Executive welcomes Nick to this role and offers its full support for his appointment and looks forward to a successful conclusion of the 2008 season.
Position Vacant
15th July 2008 The Executive Committee is seeking to appoint a welfare officer (pro bono) to the Club. All persons seeking appointment should forward their expression of interest with a resume to president@oufc.com.au. All application will be treated confidentially. Applications will close on the 25th July 2008.

New constitution adopted
29/1/08 At the resumption of the EGM, members attending unanimously adopted the new constitution which will see the club into the future. The constitution can be viewed here

27/1/08 Registration day for 2008 is under way and commences 2nd Feb 2008..more
President position vacant..
Dec 2007 The position of president is currently vacant at OUFC after the resignation of the elected member Mr David Elliot. Unfortunately David moved to Sydney for personal reasons and thought that the club was best served with another President. The executive are currently holding the position vacant under the model rules constitution and will soon be seeking to fill it with an appointment. In the meantime all correspondence for the president should be addressed to info@oufc.com.au so the Vice President can deal with these matters.
