28th Jan 2010 STOP PRESS Just Received UPDATE
Floodlighting Project Update:
- Council has received and confirmed all floodlighting designs for Ourimbah soccer fields,
- The tendering process has been undertaken and completed by Council,
- A recommendation was made at last night’s Council meeting to engage Council’s preferred tenderer which was accepted. A letter of acceptance will be forwarded to the successful tenderer early next week with works to take place soon after,
- Floodlighting will be installed by 30th June 2010.
Subsoil Drainage Project Update:
- Council is in the process of submitting a DA to regrade the Ourimbah fields,
- Regrading of the fields will be undertaken in June/July this year with subsoil drainage installed and complete by September/October,
- Turf establishment should be completed and grounds ready for competition in 2011.

29/9/09 News Flash!!! –
OUFC has received some fantastic news from Wyong Shire Council, serious upgrading works are definitely going to commence at Ourimbah fields. We will be meeting with representatives from WSC in the coming weeks and will have some firm dates on commencement and schedule of works, thanks to all our members for their continued support, we look forward to providing our kids with a club and facilities they can be very very proud of.
